From an initial needs analysis we will design a learning solution which may be stand-alone, aligned to specific job roles, competency requirements or whatever unique learning needs exist for your business.

Develop

Critical to the development of training is identifying performance requirements and the gap between what performance is required and what currently exists. From a macro level, Triuir Innovative Solutions ensures what is proposed or sought is aligned with strategic goals, focusing on three main areas; organisational, occupational, and the individual.

Triuir Innovative Solutions are at the forefront of ensuring that any client training being rolled out is not only up to date, but aligned to the real world environment.

As a result of this, Triuir Innovate Solutions has been chosen as the training provider tasked with continued training material development and improvement for such clients as Eishtec; EE; Orange; T-Mobile; Web Help South Africa.

Deliver

With a recognised track record of training delivery in Ireland, India, Africa and The Philipines in combination with the success of our partnership with clients based in Ireland and the UK. Triuir were approached by a telecommunications company in South Africa to lead up their induction program, for their new green-field site in Cape Town. During this project in excess of 250 delegates across varying departments were trained and developed for the client.

Based on this success, Triuir Innovative Solutions were also given the responsibility for delivering ‘Train the Trainer’ programs with the in-house trainers, along with their trainer certification and accreditation.

Also, local Quality Assurance staff and Team Managers were taken through bespoke accelerated induction programs, designed, developed and delivered by the Triuir Team.
