Stephen Roche

Director

With over 26 years’ experience in the Publishing, Marketing, Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Call Centre industries; Stephen is a highly adaptable and motivated individual. Of this, he has over 17 years’ experience in training delivery, training design and change management. A self-starter with a proven track record in rolling out large scale training projects from inception to completion, with evaluation to Return on Investment level (Level 5), using Qualitative Techniques.

He has rolled out dedicated; start up, telecommunications and training projects to EMEA and Asian territories in such locations as Ireland, UK, Africa, The Philippines, and India, achieving employee NPS scores of between 90 and 100%.

Stephen holds a Master of Science (first class honours), in Internet Services Management from Dublin City University and completed his training certification at the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. He is also a graduate of The Marketing Institute of Ireland, The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), and the Waterford Institute of Technology.

Eoin McCoy

Director

Eoin has designed, delivered, and evaluated training programs internationally, across many different industries. He was a member of the core training team at AOL & TalkTalk that facilitated the migration of a customer base, in excess of 4.5 million customer records from a company’s legacy CRM database to the new system.

Eoin has a proven track record in the design and implementation of very successful sales programs, along with, customer service, technical, & leadership training programs across a number of sectors and territories.

In addition to this, he was responsible for the design, delivery, & evaluatation of a leadership development program, that yielded a return on investment in excess of 800%.

Michael Rowe

Consultant

In his 17 years of sales, purchasing and leadership roles, Michael adds a wealth of experience from a variety of sectors including working with multinationals. He has been involved in dedicated projects from start-up, and has a proven track record of being highly motivated and displaying strong leadership skills.

Michael has been accredited in training and development from the Irish Institute of Training and Development, and also holds a licentiate from Trinity College London in Performance. In his current position he has been at the forefront of many high paced and aggressive campaigns, reponsible for developing people in areas such sales, technical support and customer service within the telecommunications industry.

With a passion for continuous improvement, Michael is dedicated to achieving the very best out of delegates, with his training projects consistently meeting satisfaction scores of 90%-100%.

Darren Doheny

Consultant

Darren has 6+ years’ experience working with contact centres in Ireland, the UK and South Africa. He has been accredited in training and development by the the Irish Institute of Training & Development. He has a keen interest in the practical application of psychological and sociological techniques and is currently completing his BSc in Management, via the London School of Economics & Political Science.

Darren has an excellent track record in the design and implementation of sales, customer service, and coaching programs. He has held positions with large telecommunication companies such as AOL Inc, and TalkTalk UK.

Darren's greatest passion is achieving success through the development of people.
